GEAs Code of Conduct for recorded music users consists a comprehensible and extensive guide of GEAs role and activities as a collective management organization in accordance with the related legislation regarding the use of recorded music in businesses/organizations and broadcasting (incl. online).
Moreover, GEAs 'manual' for recorded music users describes the key points of GEAs communication and service principles and processes, while describing the rights in recorded music for music contributors (as royalties) and music users (as their legal obligation when using recorded music [businesses/organizations, radio/tv broadcasters, online/new media etc]).
GEAs Code of Conduct for music users sets out specific and important information about GEA (and how to find out more), the related legislation, the recorded music rights, the repertoire representation as well as GEAs role, operational regulations and standards GEA commits to follow and represent.
