  • They belong exclusively to natural persons<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Number of channels: Up to 2<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Potential concurrent listeners: up to 100 \/ channel<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nPayment:<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nMinimum fee 350.00<\/strong> per year per channel, plus VAT\r\n\r\nClarification:<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn case the number of channels or simultaneous listeners exceeds the set limit, then it falls into the minimum remuneration of the immediately higher category.\r\n\r\n \r\n

    COMMERCIAL WEBCASTING SERVICES – TYPE A<\/h4>\r\n \r\n\r\nPrerequisites<\/u><\/strong> :\r\n
      \r\n \t
    • They belong to legal entities \/ companies<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Annual turnover: \u20ac 0.00 to \u20ac 5,000.00<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
    • Number of channels: Up to 3<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
    • Potential concurrent listeners: up to 500 \/ per channel<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nPayment:<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nMinimum fee \u20ac 450.00<\/strong> per year per channel, plus VAT\r\n\r\nClarification:<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn case the number of channels or simultaneous listeners exceeds the set limit, then it falls into the minimum remuneration of the immediately higher category.\r\n\r\n \r\n

      COMMERCIAL WEBCASTING SERVICES – TYPE B<\/h4>\r\n \r\n\r\nPrerequisites<\/u><\/strong> :<\/strong>\r\n

      • Annual turnover:> \u20ac 5,000.00<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
      • Number of channels: No limit<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
      • Potential concurrent listeners: No limit<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nPayment:<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe highest amount of:\r\n

        1. <\/u>Per channel:<\/u>\r\n
            \r\n \t
          • For 1 channel: \u20ac 525.00<\/strong> per year per channel, plus VAT<\/li>\r\n \t
          • For 2 to 10 channels: \u20ac 420.00<\/strong> per year per channel, plus VAT.<\/li>\r\n \t
          • From 11 channels and up: \u20ac 350.00<\/strong> per year per channel, plus VAT.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
