Two (2) Regular Advisors and two (2) Alternates are nominated and elected by Grammo, one (1) Regular Advisor and one (1) Alternate are nominated and elected by Erato and one (1) Regular Advisor and one (1) alternate nominated by Apollo and elected by him. Each member of the Board of Directors has one (1) vote.\r\n\r\nThe Supervisory Board will also have four members. Two (2) Regular Advisors and two (2) Alternates are nominated and elected by Grammo, one (1) Regular Advisor and one (1) Alternate are nominated and elected by Erato and one (1) Regular Advisor and one (1) alternate nominated by Apollo and elected by him. In the Supervisory Board each director has one (1) vote.\r\n\r\nThe above are a criterion for restricting the voting rights of the partners, based on the amounts that have been collected and \/ or are due to the members of GEA (art. 9 par. 5 par.
